Five-Star Disinfection Solutions
For Restaurants and Food Spaces
Keeping Surface and Air-Borne Pathogens Off the Menu
Customers have always expected the best from the restaurants they patronize. Yet in today’s digital world, a bad review can leave a lasting mark on an establishment’s reputation. Though we can’t guarantee your dishes will be perfect every time, we can ensure the air quality and surfaces of your restaurant are clean and pathogen-free.
In today’s world, this has become as important to consumers as the food and ambiance. In fact, in a recent survey conducted by CASPR, more than one-third of respondents stated they will still be very concerned about the sanitation of air and surfaces after the pandemic is managed. Furthermore, 64% of respondents said they would dine in a restaurant that had disinfection measures in place over another one.
Having CASPR’s solutions in your restaurant or food preparation areas means you and your customers can have peace of mind that the spaces are free from any bacteria, viruses or other pathogens that can affect their health. Even better, all of CASPR’s solutions are safe for occupied spaces and are chemical-, VOC- and odor-free, so nothing gets in the way of your patrons’ dining experiences.
For restaurant owners wanting full protection over all their spaces, CASPR’s In-Duct technology safely purifies air and surfaces through the HVAC system. The CASPR Compact unit is a mobile plug-n-play that can be placed in smaller spaces, such as food prep areas, or where more concentrated coverage is needed. CASPR’s ICE technology is ideal for ice machines and small walk-in coolers to control bacteria, mold, odors, and reduce other specific contaminants that could potentially spoil the food and its taste.

These units are optimally placed to ensure all oxidizing molecules exit the duct, circulate the targeted area, and land on all surfaces. The devices come in a variety of sizes to fit any situation. Our smallest unit covers 400 square feet, and our largest covers up to 5,000. Typically, a mixture of sizes is utilized.
Our technical team is ready to review your HVAC plans and provide an installation plan. Installation can be completed by any licensed HVAC professional. To get started, email your HVAC plans to info@CASPRgroup.com or learn more about our in-duct units by visiting our solutions page.
While our in-duct units are discreetly placed in the HVAC system, our CASPR Compact is visibly displayed so your employees and guests know that the facility has invested in them. This unit is called Compact because it is small, but powerful. One CASPR Compact will cover up to 1,500 square feet but multiple can be placed across your facility to cover even more square footage. Additionally, customers typically opt for at least once CASPR Compact due to the visibility that reminds guests of the technology.
With CASPR Compact, there is no installation as this device simply plugs into a standard wall outlet and is powered on for immediate coverage. To learn more about our plug-and-plan solution and if it is right for you, email us at info@CASPRgroup.com or visit our CASPR Compact solutions page.
In food safety, CASPR ICE controls the spread of biological contamination as well as the elimination of pathogens in food applications. CASPR ICE is the most cost-effective means for eliminating environmental microorganisms such as Bacillus globigii, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans, Stachybotrys chartarum, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, Streptococcus pneumoniae, and Listeria monocytogenes.
Ideal for small walk-in coolers and ice machines, CASPR ICE decreases cross-contamination and improves the quality and shelf-life of food products. The disinfection technology within CASPR ICE can be used in all indoor applications including food processing, food preparations, food and ice storage, and food transportation, while remaining safe for human exposure.
